After installing a new version of App2track, iOS has a standard row of questions that make the user aware of applying features in the background. Below is the roadmap of the permissions to be granted when installing the app.
Step 1. When installing the app, the first step is to ask for Bluetooth access. Click on Allow.
Step 2. App2Track would like to be able to send notifications. Click on Allow.
Step 3. When you log in for the first time, App2Track will ask to use your location. Click on Allow While Using App.
Step 4. You will then be asked to allow the app to use your location when it is not in use. We understand that this message may cause confusion. The app does not track your location if a tour has not yet started or has ended.
During the tour, it is important that App2Track always has access to your location. Therefore, select Change to Always Allow.
Step 5. Do you use the scan function via compose a tour?
Then the first time you will be asked for permission to take photos and videos. Click on Ok.
